As the interim headteacher for this term, I am proud to be leading the school during this important period of transition. Killigrew is a vibrant, inclusive, and nurturing community, and it is a privilege to support our pupils, staff, and families during this time.
Our dedicated and committed team of staff work tirelessly to provide a high-quality education where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired. We believe in the importance of building strong, positive relationships and fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and ambition.
At Killigrew, we are passionate about ensuring that every child achieves their very best. We aim to provide secure foundations for learning so that all our pupils are well-prepared for the next stage of their educational journey—academically, socially, and emotionally.
Although my time here is brief, I am fully committed to maintaining the high standards and caring ethos of our school, and to ensuring a smooth and successful handover to the newly appointed headteacher, who will join us in September. I am confident the school will continue to thrive in the months and years ahead.
